Warranty Conditions

All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, make sure to check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not accept the product. Deformation of the product or deterioration of the original packaging of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy

If the product you purchased on our site is found to be defective, you must contact us from the Return and Exchange section of our website within 14 days at the latest from the delivery date. The faulty item fee will be refunded by the method you paid for. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned.
